Bellator Claims Resolution, LLC ("Bellator", "we", "us") is a public adjusting firm that helps property owners with commercial and large residential insurance claims. This page explains what information we collect through BellatorClaims.com, our forms, our phone line and the apps we connect to, and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you request a free claim review or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, type of damage, insurance carrier and claim status. When you visit the site we may collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as the page you came from and the link you clicked.

How We Use It

We use your information only to respond to you, review your claim, schedule calls, send you follow-up messages you asked for, and run our business. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside Bellator except the service providers that help us run our office, such as our CRM, phone and email systems, and only as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.

Connected Apps And Google Data

Our internal content tools connect to accounts that Bellator owns, such as our own YouTube channel, to publish and organize our own videos, for example adding titles and tags. We use Google API data only for that purpose. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not access, store or share anyone else's Google data.
