What Happens After You Call

You talk to a licensed public adjuster, not a call centre. The first conversation takes about fifteen minutes and costs nothing. We ask what happened, when it happened, who your carrier is, and what they have said or paid so far. By the end of it you will know whether there is money left on the table and whether you need us at all - sometimes the answer is that your claim was handled correctly, and we will tell you that.

What To Have In Front Of You

• Your claim number and the carrier's name, if a claim is already open.
• The date of loss, or roughly when you noticed the damage.
• The carrier's estimate or settlement letter, if you have received one.
• Your declarations page - the first few pages of the policy. Not required to talk, but it answers most questions faster.
• Photos, if you have them. If you do not, do not climb on anything to get them.

Bellator Claims Resolution, LLC is a licensed public adjusting firm based in Fort Collins, Colorado, working commercial, industrial, multi-family, HOA, school district, municipal and residential property claims across Colorado and Wyoming. We represent the property owner. We never work for an insurance company. There is no upfront fee - we are paid a percentage of what we recover for you, which means we do not get paid unless you do.
